Since 1988, Demetre Building Design has been providing hands-on professional design consultation for various residential, commercial and institutional construction projects in the Greater Toronto area, southern Ontario, Europe and the West Indies.
The services Demetre Building Design offers include, design consultation for new and renovation projects, technical drawings for building permits, presentation material (3D computer and manual renderings), liquor and patio license applications for restaurants and bars, and representation for Committee of Adjustment and Ontario Municipal Board hearings.
